After my recent grumbles I just have to say what first-class attention I had today at the Newsom Centre, Seacroft, Leeds.

My psychiatrist has made alterations to my medication, which means there is a slightly complicated regime over 3 weeks while tapering off one drug and beginning, then increasing, another.

I had taken careful notes as he explained, but after my prescription was filled, the pharmacist took me to one side to explain again and so I was able to double-check I understood it all correctly.

She was delightful, and left me feeling very confident. Superb.
