I supported my mum to attend an appointment with the Memory Assessment Service at Hazelwood House. We saw Colleen, Memory Assessment Nurse. Colleen was nothing short of excellent in every respect throughout the appointment. Highly skilled, professional, respectful and compassionate throughout. I couldn't have asked for better. Many thanks Colleen.
