"Supportive appointment and amazing physiotherapist"

About: Musgrave Park Hospital / Children's Orthopaedics and biologics

(as a relative),

Hi I just thought I would send a compliment to a service provided to my elderly mum at  Orthopaedic ICATS.  She has chronic pains, discs crumbling and spinal cord narrowing that it is getting to the stage that she is unable to walk.

The physiotherapist was absolutely amazing with my mum and made her feel safe and listened to.  My mum asked could she have a drink of water and the physio went downstairs to get her own cold water from the fridge to give her a cup of it.  This meant so much to her that she was being truly cared for.  The physio said that she couldn't believe the dramatic change in mum's condition and would definitely get her help with the specialist.  People are very quick in complaining but never as quick to send compliments. Thank you for looking after my wee mum.
