Referral from optician via GP, dealt with very by all parties – phone arrangement for appointment very good system because could arrange suitable date at time immediately. Information from hospital arrived very quickly and was clear and detailed. Appointment was to time and all staff at the hospital very pleasant and professional approach.

The TRAQS team appreciate your comments regarding your experience of the new booking system. As you have mentioned it means that patients are able to agree a date and time to suit them at a hospital of their Choice which is the object of the process.

We are very happy that your whole experience was such a positive one. I am sure it will be of interest to other patients who have booked to be seen at New Cross Eye Infirmary.

We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to develop the new TRAQS Service further.
