(as the patient),

I attended Stobhill Endoscopy Unit and the care and attention I received was second to none.

From the minute I arrived the staff at the reception desk were very polite and welcoming. The nursing staff explained everything in detail and allowed plenty time for questions that I may have wanted to ask.

I was introduced to everyone present in the room and told why they were there and didn't feel at all rushed even though this is a very busy service.
