"Quality of care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as a service user),

I attended the RAH Accident and Emergency department.  I was booked in by nice reception staff then triage nurse saw me, she was very caring gentle had a lovely manner. I was then seen by a amazing doctor. I picked her name as Dr Lucy she listened so attentively went through questions in the most delicate approach and showed compassion care explained everything that she was going to do and understood my pain and helped. She reassured me always. My situation was a gynaecology concern sensitive and she made me feel comfortable her professional manner.

The nurses who did all my obs and care also were very caring such a hard working team of people at a difficult busy time. I came away feeling reassured cared for and a positive outcome ahead as explained the plan . I am very thankful to the staff.
