Anything else?
Following a fall and a severe sprain, 9 months later I am still unable to walk.
With the exception of one staff member in Physiotherapy (who is great)
All the staff, nurses, reception staff, doctors, and even the consultants have been rude, they talk you you like dirt. The waiting times are appauling. The hospital floors are filthy. The loos are disgusting, paper and poo everywhere. none of them know what the other department is doing, x-rays, blood test results lost. etc. They have made a catelogue of errors, misjudgements, mistaken appointments, without any explanation, or appologies, no dignity to admit their mistakes. The reception staff are particularily awful, they can bearly look you in the eye - though when I last saw a doctor he didn't know anything about my case, as each time I go, I see a different one! They have no time to even examine you or read your notes. The thing that is also so wrong is that if you have been kept waiting and dare to ask how long they think you will be in a nice way, they look at you like you have said the most unspeakable thing - and they have posters all over the walls asking for respect from the public - what about the respect they should show us!?
I can't go private as can't afford it. What can I do now? I am at my wits end.
