I attended today at the Covid Hub and asked if my pre-operation PCR sample can be taken in the open air as I was worried about being indoors. They agreed immediately, took my details while I was outside the door, and one of the nurses went outside in her uniform which was short-sleeved in the cold (4°C) to take my sample.
