(as a service user),

I took seizures,  leading to cardiac arrest

I have been in hospital from October 2021. I want to extend my deep gratitude and feedback to the staff. From a place of a 10% chance of survival, to now discussing a discharge plan, I can honestly say that the care,  devotion and professional attitude from all the teams, ambulance, paramedic, icu, max fac, ct, mri, xray, ot, s&l, dietitian, nurses, doctors, surgeons, consultants amd support staff has been second to none, unending in their care and making it possible for me to be here. Thank you!
