"Fantastic treatment"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I got superglue in my eye, it was glued shut and very sore. The receptionist in DHH ED was very efficient and Lauren the nurse came immediately she kindly reassured and guided me into a treatment room. Annel the consultant couldn't have been nicer. He gently removed the superglue and irrigated my eye, examined it for abrasions and gave me antibiotic cream. Everything was completed quickly, efficiently with compassion and some humour. I am very grateful for the fantastic treatment I received tonight.
