"I felt listened to and respected"

I have recently met with my son's new health visitor Jaime, due to Covid 19 pandemic I was unable to meet her face to face until recently. Jaime spent a lot of time with myself and my son, introducing herself and listening to my concerns. I felt listened to and respected, Jaime has a very empathetic and caring nature which made me feel completely at ease with her. She listened and gave me advice. She also went above and beyond her role of duty to make me feel at ease. I cannot thank her enough!
