(as a service user),

More feedback to praise how accessible and helpful my GP practice is. Easy to phone, speak to very helpful, listening and facilitating receptionist who passed on my issue to my own GP,  Dr Lyle.  She called back in minutes for consultation and gave me the advice I was needing, as well as asking me to call back if anything worsened.

Thank you so much for being such a wonderful practice and providing consistently excellent service to your patients now, as well as pre & mid Covid. You are all very appreciated. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Hi Pauline!

Of course, it’s Park Avenue HC within Stirling Community Hospital particularly Dr Lyle, Dr Cairns and all the wonderful reception staff, please pass on date & time so lady on desk hears positive feedback! Im a nurse so I know how valuable positive and/or constructive feedback is!:)
