My son has had several outpatient appointments and surgery in the oral/maxfax outpatient department at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.  Every appointment went well, every step of his treatment explained. He had over a years gap between surgery & follow up but this could not be helped, his nhs dentist helped him. Today he was seen by Dr/Mr Nehush. Everything was explained thoroughly and due to his aspergers, he needs some time to make decisions about things. The Dr helped him to make a satisfactory decision so my son has no worries about future plans.

Dear C. Bramley

How lovely of you to take the time to send this super feedback.

I am so glad the experiences that your son has had in his recent appointments and surgery have been positive ones. I know that all the orthodontic team and the wider department do their utmost to give each patient the specific care and attention to fit their differing needs so it is so reassuring to read what you have kindly written.

I will definitely pass on your feedback to Nahush and his nurse who should be rightly proud of the service they have provided.

All that remains is for me to say is thank you once again and wish your son all the best in his treatment pathway.

Deputy Sister Vanessa Hitchman
