"Excellent practice "

I have been registered with this GP practice for more than 10 years and I have received exceptional clinical care and emotional support.

I have recently been going through a lot of issues and needed extra support from my GP. My GP is the most caring, supportive, polite, highly competent GP. I have been treated with dignity, kindness and respect. He has a fantastic manner, he was checking on me how is my health, made me feel comfortable. He is very reassuring and approachable.

The reception staffs are always friendly and accommodating. I was given clear instructions how to use Patient Access and book appointments; a great system where you can go online and complete e-consultation. It has been great, very efficient and you receive a call and a face to face is arranged after if needed. I was able to make appointments at the time that suites me and I have been seen when needed.

All the staff are so helpful, they all work hard and always have time to make you feel welcome. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
