Anything else?
Recently went for my Pre-op Assessment at the Clinic. After having my ECG I was informed that the results were not acceptable for an operation, as planned in 10 days! The result was upsetting enough but on top of that the cancelation and having to wait for further reviews and then another slot for the operation on top was very depressing. But the staff, doctors, nurses and clerical staff all went that little bit further to get me sorted, thanks to all I left with medication, peace of mind and date only ten days later than my original planned operation.
