Stepping hill is an appaling hospital. The number of patient complaints has to be seen to be be belived.management responce to these complaints is pathetic as nothing is done,it would seem that repeatable cases continue to happen.having experienced some of these problems myself.management and some staff leave a lot to be desired to root out a lot of incompedence. Complaint s mean nothing and just.brushed aside.there needs to be a complete attitude change and a much more caring attitude.consultation waiting times are a farce,in particular the olthalmic department.consultant attitude is casual in a lot of cases in a lot of departments.senior management is unabtainable.
