What I liked

i had to have an emergency c section at this hospital and i was very happy with the staff, even though it had to be done quickly things were still explained to me and though scared they were friendly and tried hard to keep me calm. i thn went to a ward, the staff were very friendly and helpfull, though it was obvious tht they were very understaffed and at times it was difficult to get things done, such as having my sheets changed due to them being covered in blood. though i would not blame the staff for this as they were working extremly hard. it was a case of not enough staff. i felt sorry for them at points as there was simply to much to do and not enough people to do it.

What could be improved

more staff!!!!!
