My counselling sessions with Louise were truly amazing! Her ability to listen with such astute attentiveness was just the tip of the iceberg regarding her qualities as a counsellor. From our very first session she made me feel valued and completely worthy of her time, patience and expertise.

I felt I needed more tools in my toolbox to help me cope with life’s Hiccups‘ and over the course of our sessions, Louise encouraged me to tip out all the dregs which had accumulated at the bottom of my toolbox before equipping me with such a strong feeling of self-worth that I was then able and self-assured enough to select the tools I felt would be most relevant to carry about in my toolbox!! It was a rollercoaster of an emotional journey but throughout it all I truly felt Louise was there for me and for that I’m truly grateful.

I’ve now completed my counselling sessions and I still refer to her words of quiet encouragement as well as the advice and support that she offered me throughout. Thank you so much Louise, you were truly amazing!

I'm glad you had an excellent rapport with your therapis Louise, and that you felf listened and valued.

It is amazing that with the work you put on and the support Louise gave you, you were feeling more confident, as you described you gathered the tools in your toolbox to help you to cope with life's hiccups, earning a strong feeling of self-worth.

Well done Tootsie999! You should be very proud of your wonderful journey, I'm sure it was a rollocoaster, as it is never easy to break old patterns, but you trusted on Louise, your therapist, worked in partnership with her, and you worked hard!

I'm sure Louise will be very happy to read how much you appreciated and valued your sessions with her, and that you are still referring to her words of encouragement, advice and support.

Continue keeping well equipped your toolbox!
