About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Got a 7:00 pm appointment from NHS 24 and ED was busy but was seen at 8.20 by Shonagh who was very person centred and gave me a thorough examination and advice. Thanks to all the staff.
