"Plaster room"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

just wanted to publicly thank the gentleman in the plaster room for putting my 8 years old son so at ease when he had his fractured ankle put in a cast. We had had a very abrupt and difficult time with a fracture clinic doctor and my son was tired and anxious when we went to the plaster room. Nothing was too much trouble for this man, he explain everything in terms my son could understand, repeated things for him and talked him through the process every step of the way. He was wonderfully reassuring and I hope he knows what a real credit to the hospital he is. He made made us both feel calm, relaxed and my son felt very cared for. Thank you so much.
