I had an emergency section at 32 wks pregnant due to placenta previa and lost alot of blood  my baby is in the neonatal unit and I absolutely love the staff, Donal is brilliant, showing me how to do the babies feeds and getting me cold water, making me smile and so good with the babies ;

Melissa was brilliant my first night with him helping me express my milk.  All the maternity staff are amazing; they can't do enough for you and your hubbie.  Doctor's all came to check on me and explained all my procedures   even down to the cleaning and staff who bring the food  I love the food and portion sizes thank you to everyone

Firstly congratulations on the birth of your baby, I hope you are doing well.

Thank you so much for your kind words and comments with regards your care and journey through the different departments within our maternity service.

Your lovely comments are encouraging for our team and I will happily ensure your comments are passed on to the staff. From reading your story I can only imagine how stressful this was for you to undergo an emergency c/section at 32 weeks. I am pleased to read that you felt confident and reassured by all the teams involved in both your care and your newborn baby's care.
