I was concerned about my eyesight so I asked for my yearly test to be brought forward at Specsavers in Newark. The Optician had some concerns and decided to ask for an urgent Eye Clinic appointment. This was last Thursday. On Friday afternoon I received a phone call offering an appointment for today (Tuesday).
I was dealt with promptly with a scan taken and then saw a Consultant. Everything was normal for my eyes at my age to my great relief.
I was absolutely amazed at the smoothness with which
the department ran - from receptionist to consultant
All the Staff were caring , helpful and cheerful
