"Helpful and reassuring dermatology appointment"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as a service user),

Dr Wylie was friendly and welcoming. He asked me about my concerns and examined several skin blemishes near my eyes and nose.

He then explained what each was and that there was no indication of cancer. He advised that if any changes were noticed to contact my GP for advice.

He wrote down what each blemish was. This was extremely helpful as it can be difficult to remember terms after a consultation. He would also send details to my GP.

Overall this was a very pleasant and reassuring process.
