Haven’t been to the surgery much over the last few years, Just for diabetic and asthma checks or For Covid injections so can’t say much about the practice as I normally do telephone appointments. The times that I have been I can’t complain very good on time normally and very helpful and explained things that needed to be explained telephone Appointments are normally within the time stated and I normally don’t have any problems getting a telephone appointment. The person on the other end of the phone is always helpful, I don’t know what an econsultation is so this is something I cannot comment on
