"Great team"

I came to the doctors to get help for my child who wasn't recovering from an illness as quickly as I'd have expected. I saw a doctor and on this occasion, and I felt heard and understood. I have since been to see the same doctor about a different matter regarding my own physical health and once again, their approach and manner was exceptional. They are empathetic and reactive with a calm style. In addition, whenever I attend the doctors (since having children I seem to be there far more than I ever have been!), the front of house team are always cheerful and interact kindly regardless of their workload. And the other doctors have been great too.

I realise that people are often quick to send negative feedback but you all deserve positive feedback too. Thank you for helping me and my family when we need it. We appreciate what you do.
