Having not received a scheduled telephone call appointment I rang enquiring, the receptionist informed that I had been called twice and there was no voicemail left as there is no voicemail facility on my phone. Despite the fact I had no missed calls on my call log, full bars of signal, a voicemail facility on my phone and I've had people call me earlier in the day with no issue, I was told it was probably a signal issue and that I had to book another appointment. Having confirmed that they had my current phone number, I felt dissatisfied with the way it was handled and the dismissive attitude of the receptionist.
When I tried to talk about getting access to the online system for future appointment bookings, I was rudely hung up on mid-sentence. Not a supportive service when someone has genuine health issues to address.
