"Positive, encouraging and excellent at explaining how things work"

About: Victoria Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I had an appintment at the Orthotics dept in the Victoria hospital in June

I am a regular user of this service having worn a caliper for a long time because of childhood polio.

I would just like to say thank you once again to Jackie the Orthotist.

She is very positive, encouraging and excellent at explaining how things work. We always end up having a giggle over something and I leave feeling better for my visit. I would also like to add that although I am getting on now being almost 73 she never treats me as an elderly patient and I appreciate that very much.

Well done to Jackie and the rest of the staff in Orthotics. Thank you.

Dear Granny,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience in the Orthotics department. It is wonderful to hear how much you appreciate Jackie explaining things and even better that you are able to have a giggle together! I am sure she will be delighted when I share your story with her.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

Best wishes,

Lyndsay
