"Shockingly poor practice "

About: Lincoln Green Medical Centre

I am unable to order my regular medication as it needs to be reviewed by a GP. I have now spoken with a GP twice and have been told that it’s been reviewed but i still cannot order any as it’s still showing as it needs to be reviewed by a clinician? I also need a fit note for my job after suffering tendonitis in my wrist. I was told by the GP that this would be texted or emailed to me within 2 hours. 5 hours later, and the surgery is now closed, I’m still waiting.
