"Acorn centre, Antrim Area Hospital"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Acorn Paediatric Ambulatory Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

I have been a couple times with my daughter and the staff and care provided have been exceptional.

The only thing I think could be improved is a car park pay machine located in the car park or outside the building as you have to walk across the road to ED and back for this which is difficult when carrying a young child, a changing bag especially when it is raining, we both got soaked.

Dear June3622, I am the lead Nurse for Paediatrics on the Antrim site and I am very pleased to hear that you and your daughter have had a consistently positive experience in the Acorn Centre. I will of course pass this on to the staff and know that they will really appreciate your compliment.

I do understand your comment regarding the parking ticket machine which was placed before the Acorn Centre was built and will pass this on to our estates team.

thank you

Peter Johnston
