Thank you for your time for patching me up and for seeing to me. I know it not nice for you all having to do thing that most wouldn't do it. Sorry for putting you all through that.

Thank you for your time. I know it's part of the job you all do. Without you I don't know would I do. You all do a good job and I appreciate what you have to do. I just want to say thank you.

My role at Notts Healthcare is about working together with service users, carers, volunteers and staff to listen to your stories and feedback about care experiences. It's important to find out what we do well and also how you think our Trust can improve. This means our teams become more aware of how they are doing and together we can make improvements where possible. We really do want to hear from you and we reply to every story.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you were treated well by staff when you were in need of support and understanding.

I will pass this onto the staff at Whatton as they always appreciate knowing when they have done a good job and even though it's part of what they do saying thank you means a lot to them.

I hope you are feeling better now.
