About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as a service user),

I am just wanting to thank the outstanding care I received while I was admitted to the Queen Elizabeth University hospital in Glasgow for planned surgery on Friday within the renal diyalasis ward 4C the nursing staff were so professional and caring and made the time to chat with me.

I would like to also thank the surgical staff who performed the procedure from the surgeon and the staff that were in theatre and kept my mind of worrying what wil happen during my procedure by talking to me.

I cannot thank them enough
