(as a service user),

This is an addition to a survey question. I was just asked about my care at Lincoln County Hospital. I was to be discharged on Saturday but discharge letter wasn't signed by doctor. A discharge request on Sunday morning and still no letter by Sunday night. I find this to be crazy, as patients were waiting for ward beds and I wanted to go home.
