Just a bit of feedback to let you know that I think the CRB gym has improved a lot recently! All the new machines are very good and get used a lot so it was worth the cost! All the patients support each other in the gym and never judge one another! Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! Comfortable for all no matter what! The gym staff are very good, helpful and polite and supportive! They all motivate everyone and are friendly and approachable too. On a personal level, one of the staff member taught me a chest workout tailored to me and it is very good!

Thank you so much for sharing this I know the team in CRB will be really pleased that you are enjoying the gym and I know our gym instructors work really hard to ensure all patients have their own programme to suit their individual needs.

We hope to get some more sessions open in the main gym for patients to progress on to as well as part of their pathway so hope you can access those soon too.

What a great story to read

All the new machines are very good All the patients support each other in the gym, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere! The gym staff are very good, helpful and polite and supportive!

Just so nice to see such positive feedback I know the staff involved will be delighted to read this.
