3rd day: 10:00 Doc 2, ask what's it like to eat and drink?

Doc. Get him food! Going for M R scan Friday.

I waited and waited for doctor to come and tell me what's wrong 6 x Buzzing still no joy .

Nurse. No food from 1800 you are having surgery

Me; Am i ?

4th Day: M R scan,  waited all day to see some one put drips in me .

5th Day: Doc 3 top guy. 11:00am , Told me what is wrong and need to take out Bladder, but because of week end it might be wed to do it.

5th Day:  15:30 took myself out, Told me come back when they tell me.

I was  so much in Depression I had to get out.

In my opinion the leadership is so poor, more training needed & more care from nursing staff.

Dear UK2022,

I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience that you have suffered outlined in your post. In order to look into this for you and understand a bit more of what the events were and why, as well as how we can do things better, you may want to speak to our PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison Service) who will be able to take down some more specific details and work with the relevant teams to look into this for you.

You can either call them on 01737 231958 or email them at sash.pals@nhs.net and I am sure they will be able to support you further.

I hope that you receive the treatment you need and recover well and if there is still anything that we can do or improve upon we can address it once you contact our PALS team. Thanks.
