"CT scan Derby Royal Hospital"

I have just escorted my elderly, frail but independent and determined Mother- In- Law to the x -Ray department for a CT scan. We were met with a very kind and helpful receptionist who guided us to the right zone. I explained I would need to leave Mum there whilst I parked as I'd left my car in the drop off zone to reduce Mums walking. Cloe, the person assisting  Mum responded with reassurance Mum would be fine, she would come out and update me and suggested getting a wheelchair for our return to the car park! Cloe was waiting to update me when I got back to the x Ray department. She was so kind, compassionate and caring towards Mum.. gave her information sensitively and called me in to reassure Mum..and top marks for all the patient feedback presented in such a creative way around the unit, I will be stealing the idea  for Notts healthcare Trust where I work.😍. It's so wonderful to see such great care delivered when your on the other side of the fence..!
