I had to re-arrange my daughters ENT appointment as we could no longer make it due to a conflicting appointment. I had a feeling of dread at the thought of contacting the hospital and trying to get through to the right department. However on ringing the main switchboard number and being asked to be put through to the department it was no hassle at all. I was greeted by a lovely staff member on the main number then swiftly popped through to Outpatients and told which number to press on hearing the recorded message. A lovely staff member answered straight away, they were friendly & pleasant and quickly re-arranged our appointment with no fuss. Thanks you so much
