"Such a positive energy"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as a service user),

I was a patient in ward 7 Monklands Hospital! All the staff have been amazing but last  Monday I met Sister Pauline who had such a positive energy towards her job & I felt she really lifted the mood of the ward !!

Even though the ward was very busy she took the time to speak to me & the other ladies in the room while she was making our beds & taking our observations !

What struck me about her was even though the hospital is under great pressure and very busy , she didn’t moan about it , she just got on with the tasks needing done and this attitude & positively is beneficial for both other staff & patients!

Her attitude should be bottled up a sprinkled around the hospital!
