About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde Shawpark Resource Centre

(as a service user),

Sadly a complete joke for mental health. My GP referred me to the resource centre. I even previously told my GP I don't respond to CBT. Took ages to get a referral. I walked in...No hello, no anything. Just a pile of CBT literature in front of me.

All they have done is hit me with piles of paper. No human empathy, care or even understanding.

A fairer system is needed.

I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with your appointment at the Resource Centre. This is not the experience we would want any of our service users to have as we try to ensure we provide the best care and treatment for everyone who accesses our services.

If you would like to discuss this further can you please contact Shawpark Resource Centre on 0141 451 2730 and ask to speak to the Nurse Team Leader or Service Manager.

It is pointless contacting Shawpark or you If you actually read all the reviews for Shawpark on Google and here they are nearly all one star reviews. For years! You will never change.
