"Multiple cancellations"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as a service user),

I am supposed to have a planned procedure every 10 weeks. I was already 6 weeks over target period for planned surgery. Again I was sent home yesterday at 3.30pm after waiting in Seal unit from 7:45am,  with this being the 4th cancellation.

I now have an infection at the site with no date given as to when the procedure will take place. The toll on both my physical health is unbelievable.  As usual I am being passed from one person to another without a a clear picture. Does it have to wait until I have sepsis before I get the proper treatment? How can I plan my normal day to day life? I am now in a great deal of pain and discomfort.
