"Very helpful, caring and professional"

For two weeks I had been trying without success to obtain a consultant's letter promised to my Dad's GP in order for Finasteride to be prescribed .

Yesterday I spoke to Jackie in Urology at Hairmyres ,who within minutes located the letter and told me that it was awaiting approval. She offered to ask the doctor to approve and then she called me back a few hours later to tell me that the letter was approved and sent to my GP .

 

A happy ending!  Jackie was very helpful, caring and professional and she deserves great credit for resolving my problem.
