"Above and Beyond"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would just like to thank Kirstey for her kindness and caring ways, not only did she go above and beyond her duties to find me what I was needing, but was extremely kind when talking to me. So much so that for once in over 2 years after experiencing some terrible times with NHS nurses, Kirstey made me feel listened to and valued as one of her patients, which was lovely and reassuring for me.
