"Good treatment on the acute stroke ward"

I would like to thank Dr Hawrylak and the team at Clyst Ward for the care shown to me on my admittance in August 2022.

During my admittance I showed the team a letter from my doctor at the Cardiac Clinic at the London Bridge Hospital detailing the results from their check up carried out in March 2022. This clinic has been treating me for over 16 years for my heart condition which resulted in stents and a quadruple bypass and an ablation procedure for AF. 

Having received RD&E discharge papers from the admitting wards and test centers and following a contact with them I have made an appointment with The Cardiac Clinic at London Bridge in September to review my current situation.

I thought that it would be sensible and polite at this point in time to thank all at RD&E for the help and care given to me recently and ask for this to be forwarded to Dr Hawrylak and the Clyst Stroke team.
