About: University Hospital Ayr / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I've been attending with Miss Gibson, orthopedic surgeon, at Ayr Hospital for 4 years approximately. In addition, her secretary, Katie, has also been there throughout, ensuring I've been seen promptly & rearranging appointments due to other appointments clashing, which has been so helpful. 

Miss Gibson & Katie always go above & beyond re advice on surgical issues. They are always professional, thorough, kind, patient, empathic, knowledgeable, and they listen to me, which is very reassuring.

I cannot thank Miss Gibson and Katie enough for their time, patience & professional advice🙌 Please pass on my huge thanks, they are both a huge asset to the NHS🌈
