"Excellent care at Downe Urgent Care centre South Easteen trust"

I was referred to Urgent Care Centre with marked shortage of breath and found to have a low blood count.

Pamela, care assistant,  Nurse specialist Bell ,Dr Paul and all the team at the Urgent Care Centre were succinct, efficient and extremely caring. This service was second to none.  I was hastily referred on for further investigations and received all the investigations and consequent treatment in good time to prevent further deterioration in my condition. 

I was kept up to date and well informed by Dr Paul at all stages of my treatment.  

Pamela and all the nurses and Xray and Ct  staff were very efficient and empathetic at all times. 

I was then referred to the Enhanced care at home staff . Where Clare, Paula  Iris and their team administered the treatment with great haste, efficiency and concern. 

The staff of day procedure unit and cardiac services were all fantastic 

It was a time of great worry and anxiety for me and all the staff at the Downe hospital were incredible.
