I attended the RVH ED today after being referred by my GP. Although it was exceptionally busy, all the staff including Receptionists, Radiographers, Doctors, Nurses, HCAs, Nursing students, Porters and Domestics were kind, professional and compassionate.
The department was well run and the entire team went the extra mile to provide excellent care in extremely challenging circumstances.
