"Unbelievable care"

About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2

The care in Lurgan hospital is unbelievable, all of the staff are very caring and sympathetic. They are always very reassuring and great at coping with any problems. They have made me feel very comfortable and they are always happy to help with anything I ask.

The food is very nice, my appetite isn’t great at the moment but it is nice and don’t see any problems with it, I understand the menus are quite similar which doesn’t leave a lot of option for a different lunch to dinner but I’m glad I like most of the stuff on the menus.

The cleanliness is absolutely great, the cleaners never stop!

I am sorry you were not entirely satisfied with the menu options, patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process. I will pass your comments on to the Catering Manager.

I will pass your positive feedback regarding the cleanliness of the ward to the Domestic Services Team.
