"Excellent Practice "

At this appointment I attended for Covid booster and Flu vaccine. The whole procedure from booking in to pre vaccine checks and administration of vaccines by the Gp was very streamlined, friendly and efficient. Following checking in, I was allocated a room to attend, and was seen straight away, no waiting. Both clerical staff completing checks and the Gp are very friendly, and I was informed with the process and progress . We had a lovely chat whilst waiting for the vaccines. It is lovely that the clerical staff know patients and will take the time to get to know them better when able to do so.

Administration of the vaccines by the Gp was hardly felt, and I had minimal tenderness following Covid vaccine (this was the best one experienced when comparing all covid vaccines or boosters.) and no arm tenderness at all with flu vaccine. Thank you.

The whole visit was very efficient and professionally organised, but not in any way rushed.
