I have nothing but praise for the care I received whilst having a hip replacement and after in Woodland Ward from the nurses and doctors alike. Very professional. Only minor complaint would be the noise during the night.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Thank you for your kind words about Woodland Ward. I have passed your comment to the ward manager who I'm sure will be pleased that you had a good experience..

We are aware of some environmental noise issues on Woodland Ward and we are curretly looking at solutions.
