I am very sorry to hear that we have not met with your expectations. As Practice Manager I am always happy to discuss concerns with patients. I will of course take on board your comments and discuss these with our GP and nurse. Please be assured the Practice will always try and accommodate all our patients' needs. As regards your medication, unfortunately we are not always able to use the same supplier due to supply issues. However I completely understand your concerns and would have been more than happy to discuss this with you. Can I take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and apologise for your experience of the surgery. Please be assured we take all feedback very seriously. L Goult (Practice Manager)
