The Feedback Puzzle-An Introduction to Care Opinion

Our conference this year was all about discussing the impact of feedback and the value of the learning taking place that is leading to so much change! As one of our esteemed guests said on the day, ‘feedback is a gift!'

This session welcomed our guests to the Care Opinion platform and the conference. Guests were given the low-down for the day and a brief tour around some of the key-features of our website. Twitter became a buzzing hub of activity and our hashtag #COconf22 saw many inspiring posts throughout the day - do check them out!

Alongside demonstrating some of the Care Opinion website basics and functionality, we were able to share some truly inspiring stories. The stories told on our platform often have an impact on our readers and subscribers, but they equally have an impact on the team here too-the stories inspire our mission and help us to continue to live out our vision and values.

It was a difficult decision for them to make, but 4 members of our Care Opinion team chose a story to share that they had found inspiring. They eloquently discussed the reason for their choice and the impact of their story.
